This is a river in south-central Alaska. It runs 132km from Kenai Lake in the Kenai Mountains into the Pacific Ocean. It runs through the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge and is the most popular sport and recreational fishing destination in Alaska, especially salmon fishing. Other wildlife includes bears, moose and different types of birds.
